@filecat.hta runs in Microsoft HTML Application host. It builds HTML catalogs of local files and folders organized in a Explorer-Like Tree. Use it to build medium-sized (< 5000 files/folders) navigatable catalogs of folders like Favorite URLs, Music, Photos, or CD/DVD Contents. Then use the HTML catalogs to access the urls, mp3s, jpgs. Or use it to search offline CD/DVD contents. Catalogs may be emailed or web-posted using a 'Web Images' option available by clicking the Sylvester icon.
Since @filecat.hta is regular HTML file with JavaScript, motivated users may customize it to their preferences. The source is well-commented.
