Document Management - Client files that you may normally have strewn all over your computer can be stored with your It's About Time client accounts. You can store text files, photos, faxes and other relative documents securely within the password protected database. The documents are now safe and are now filed with your client, so no more searching for an important document for hours when you need it now.
Planner - Schedule appointments with ease. With a waiting list feature you can create appointments and drag them to an appointment calendar where you want. Multiple resource view allows you to see who is available and who is not. You will know when a boardroom is available or if office staff is on holidays.
Resource Management -A Resource is anyone or anything such as a boardroom that needs to be scheduled. You can create all the resources you require and only display those you desire.By combining Resource Management and the Appointment Calendar we have created a simplistic way of scheduling appointments in your office. Never again have time conflicts with your office resources.
Task Management - The new Task Management sections allows anyone in your office to see what needs to be done and by whom. Tasks can be flagged when completed or a the status can be seen by the progress bar percentage.
